1 General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "crecex", "we" or "platform" refers to the crecex website and its services as a whole. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on crecex or is using its services.

crecex is an online gaming and sports betting platform. All services available on this platform — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and any other activity — are subject to the terms described here. crecex reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on crecex and take part in any game or betting activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. crecex reserves the right to close any account created with a false age at any time, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, each of those accounts will be treated as a duplicate.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, and other identifying information provided at registration must be true and accurate. crecex may at any time request a government-issued ID or other proof for identity verification. Pending withdrawals on accounts created with false information may be cancelled.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

crecex currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Before depositing, please ensure that the name on your payment method matches the name registered on your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. crecex reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions made using another person's mobile banking or bank account are prohibited, and such transactions may be suspended or cancelled.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus to give a total balance of ৳2,000; in that case the wagering requirement to meet is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets.

A bonus is never paid out as direct cash; it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

crecex runs various offers from time to time, such as weekly reload offers, slot-specific promotions, cricket betting offers, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering requirement and validity period, which are detailed on the promotions page.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as claiming the same offer from multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or artificially fulfilling conditions — crecex may cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it on that account.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

crecex uses third-party verified game software. Results in every game are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested. If an unintended win or loss occurs due to a technical error, crecex reserves the right to void that round.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. crecex reserves the right to change the betting limits for a specific account at any time, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns.

5.3 Finality of Betting Results

For sports betting, results are determined based on official sources or live broadcasts. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or altered, bets will be settled according to crecex's rules for that market, which are stated separately in each market's rules.

6 User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unfair advantage
• Betting or playing games using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Impersonating crecex when communicating with others
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions

Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, and the associated balance and winnings may be forfeited.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

crecex collects, stores, and processes users' personal information. 8 VIP Program and Cashback

crecex's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback, calculated as a percentage of that week's net losses. For example, a Gold-level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by crecex

crecex may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Registration using a false identity
• Bonus abuse
• Suspicion of financial crime or instruction from a law enforcement authority

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may contact crecex's support team to close their own account. As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is also available, through which a user can keep themselves away from the platform for a set period or permanently.

10 Limitation of Liability

crecex will not be liable for any loss suffered by a user due to a technical error, internet disconnection, disruption of a third-party service, or any unforeseen circumstance. Users are considered to be aware of the risks involved in gaming or betting and to be using this platform of their own free will.
